Large section auto coiler machine is special for the coiling and packaging of 50－240mm2 single wire and circle shape wire with diameter less than 30mm. Be mainly composed of pay-off rack, high precise meter-counter, and large section auto coiling machine in 3 parts.

1. Coiling Machine Pay-off rack: shaftless pay-off rack (Φ1000－Φ1400) or end-axial type pay-off rack (Φ1250－Φ2500).

2. High precise meter counter: Precision: 0.1%

3. Max revolution speed of main machine: 1500r/min, Power: 7.5HP（5.5kw）.

4. Coiling head: inner diameter 250－350mm (adjustable), height: 100－250mm (adjustable), outer diameter:800mm, also can be customized according to clients’ requirement.
