| -Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor    Job Description We are currently recruiting for the position of: Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor     The Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor is a hands-on position responsible for the continuous improvement of processes and machinery.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  • Supervise Senior Machine Technicians.  • Statistical analysis of production/process data. • Analyze & implement workflow, production methods, and workforce utilization while implementing processes and procedures to maximize efficiency.  • Follow guidelines to assure machinery, facilities and materials are in compliance with QSR/ISO requirements. Identify and implement necessary documentation for compliance and interact with QA to ensure compliance.  • Write Standard Operating Procedures, troubleshoot processes, methods, and production controls for new programs and train others on the operation of new or existing equipment.        -Sales Manager    Job Description • Segment and analyze target growth segments. Understand their size, key market drivers and competitive requirements.  • Open up and develop new OEM relationships within the market for Electric Wire & Cable Equipment and Optical Fiber Cable Equipment in China.  • Develop Strategic Initiatives that grow ‘new products’ sales through the communication.  • Build high-level customer relationships with key decision makers to effectively communicate on Voice-of-Customer (VoC).  • Provide contribution to overall strategic direction of company that drives a clear customer focus and favorable market position.  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the CHINA sales team assuring that proper manpower and expertise are in place to execute sales plan.  • Develop and monitor bottom-up and top-down multi-year sales forecasts, communicating to key finance and management functions.  • Solicit, analyze, and communicate existing and future customer requirements to product steering committee and engineering team.  • Maintain a close working relationship with the engineering and production departments.  • Drive Lean/Continuous improvement efforts within the Sales processes.  • Assist Finance with the resolution of any outstanding payment issues.  • Monitor competitor activity and respond accordingly.  • Manage conflict resolution matters as they arise.   Desired Skills & Experience • Bachelors Degree in Engineering – Mechanical Engineering Preferred  • A minimum of 10 years of proven sales and sales management experience  • Must have a strong industrial and technical background, with a track record of selling into key customers –Electric Wire & Cable Equipment and Optical Fiber Cable Equipment Industries Preferred  • Demonstrated ability to create ideas and develop solutions  • Very strong communication skills – Ability to interface with customers  • Must have solid commercial/negotiation skills        -How to Apply
