The Aramid Yarn Stranding Machine device is mainly used to strand the armouring layer around the surface of the nonmetallic optical cable. The device is consist of 24 yarns pay-off, tension controller, stranding unit, Pneumatic brake, electrical control cabinet in China.

The pay-off unit of aramid yarn stranding machine consist of 24 units, which are distributed symmetrically on both sides of the stranding reel. Each unit is equipped with a Mitsubishi magnetic powder brake. Pay-off tension can be adjusted to desire tension by changing voltage of magnetic powder brake when machine will rotate.
