The optical fiber SZ stranding machine in China from HAGSIN (www.hagsin.com) can be used to manufacture in SZ stranding mode the layer stranding optical cable with the tube outer diameter over φ2~φ4mm and the optical fiber ribbon loose tube layer stranding optical cable with the tube outer diameter overφ4~φ10mm.
